The Best and Worst
Best: Spain & Italy
Spain and Italy both have solid gluten free McDonalds menus, offering a wide variety. Both have dedicated gluten free sections in their kitchens, while in Spain, you can even buy gluten free beer.
Worst: United States of America

Gluten free Hacks at McDonalds
Hash Brown Burgers

The burgers look pretty sad with no bun, just some meat, cheese and sauce slopped into a carton. They’re also really hard to eat.
